50th Anniversary

2026 is a big one for Fischer-Z. 50 years since the band formed and played their first ever tour in Autumn 1976. The band will play an extensive anniversary tour in Spring and Autumn 2026. Countries will include: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal, Australia and the UK.

In terms of a release there will be a high quality retrospective anniversary package to celebrate John’s career so far. This will include: John’s favourite song from every released album, his 10 favourite songs ‘re-imagined’ with the band, a vinyl of Fischer-Z live in Berlin 02.05.25, a booklet of stories, lyrics and photos to go with each of the 24 songs and a few extras tbc. Most items will be available to buy separately online and at tour shows.
